Jabinda Group was formed in 1992 with an idea of delivering high-quality homes through a seamless experience. Nearly 30 years later, we can proudly claim that we have delivered on our promise and more.
We have built homes and also constructed not one, but three highly reputed schools for the future of Aurangabad.
We are now developing the city's infrastructure to enable a smarter city. We have developed more than 1 million sqft and delivered more than 3000 flats.
With the vision of our founders Mr. Rajendra Singh Jabinda and Mr. Narendra Singh Jabinda, Jabinda Group aims to further develop landmark projects that will change the face of Aurangabad.

Rajendra Singh Jabinda, Director
Honesty, effort, commitment, and persistence- that is Rajendra Singh Jabinda for you.
Mr Rajendra, the co-founder of Jabinda Group is better known as "Maha Guru". He is the Ex-President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI MAHARASHTRA), which facilitates construction as per the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.
Mr. Rajendra has walked the steps of being a contractor, running a stone-quarry, and climbing up with hard work and dedication into building homes. He is a visionary man behind various development projects of Aurangabad. Under his astute leadership, Jabinda Group has consistently delivered Quality Construction, Precision Engineering, Technology & Innovation, Timely Delivery, and Holistic Development.
The "Maha Guru", with his profound knowledge gained through experience, sharp business acumen, and down to earth attitude, has advised not only prominent business organizations but also social awareness organizations like the Jan Jagran Manch. He is also an ex-corporate in AMC (Aurangabad Municipal Corporation). With time, the philanthropist in him has come to fore with an unwavering social commitment as a responsible citizen of the nation.
Narendra Singh Jabinda, Director
Mr. Narendra Singh Jabinda is the Founder & Director of the Jabinda Group of Companies, a leader in quality constructions and real estate development. He has more than 25 years of work experience in the construction industry. Currently, he spearheads as the City President for Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI Aurangabad), which works under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India. He started his career as a contractor and then ventured into the stone quarry business in the early eighties. In 1992, with the establishment of Onkar Builders, he finally embarked on his entrepreneurship journey by foraying into the Indian Real Estate. His projects display and ability to transform barren land into some of most vibrant property developments.
